Actually this recipe was not in my list for this baking marathon. M suggested to do this and here is the post. When my no knead light wheat bread came out well, M asked me to try this bread pudding. I made this tonight and it was delicious! We had extra homemade bread, and I replaced the raisins with cut up bits of apple about the size of raisins. (Also used tapioca starch instead of corn starch because that was what I had.) I added allspice and cloves to the recipe as well because I wanted it to be spicier.
