7. What is the biggest mistake they’ve ever made?
You mean aside from first becoming an AJCO employee? Will has made plenty of mistakes in his career as an engineer (though he’s not likely to admit to any). Probably the worst mistake was early in his career and mistakenly mixing up his voltages for some machines he was working on. The net result? A fair sized crater and some quite singed eyebrows
16. Do they have any behaviors and/or beliefs that cannot be adequately justified?
Asking Will, he wouldn’t say his beliefs cannot be justified. He is very logical and tries to see things as working or in need of fixing. He has his own moral compass which to the outside world probably cannot be justified. (Not the best answer I know)
