My surrogate children from Gordon Ramsey - wrapped in meat deep fried eggs.
The dish has come around 19th century, and has no single story of origin. Some believe it to be either English interpretation of Indian dish Kofta, original invention originated in Whitby, Yorkshire, and other theories.
Whatever the case is, I followed an English version with a little twist - black pudding.
This time I did not substitute any ingredients and followed the instructions one to one. My smallest sister approved the dish, and let me tell you - that is the highest level of approval one could possibly get (since she eats sausages with vermicelli only).
