Angeled Eggs are a heavenly twist on the classic deviled eggs. They are perfect as an appetizer or party snack.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika for garnish. Fresh chives for garnish.
Instructions: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Transfer the boiled eggs to an ice bath to cool for a few minutes. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves or pipe it in for a neater presentation. Sprinkle paprika and garnish with fresh chives. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
