These Sriracha Deviled Eggs are a spicy take on the traditional deviled egg recipe. They are a little sweet from the honey. They are a great starter for Easter or any other event.
Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon honey. 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce. Salt and pepper, to taste. Paprika, for garnish. Chopped chives, for garnish.
Instructions: Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and Sriracha sauce. Mix until the filling is smooth and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the filling mixture into the egg white halves or use a piping bag for a decorative look. Sprinkle paprika and chopped chives on top for garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy your Sriracha Deviled Eggs!
