I really enjoy using colours to represent characters and moods, because it’s really fun!
And I do find it satisfying finding contrasting colours but still making the scene appealing. So sometimes it is purposeful, like in my ‘Feelin’ so Matryoshka’ Ichance animatic, but most of the times its ‘colours, yay!!’
An example of me just liking the colours is this scene is this (below), but I also just needed colours that contrast eachother and the red I had in the scene beforehand…
And another used purposely is in this scene with ITrapped, where I show the red seeping in to show his growing annoyance. (I saw the one ask that said it was bisexual lighting it can be that too/silly)
Did that make sense? Idk I’m talking out of my ass here.
