absolute power was in general, quite weak, but (correct me if I'm wrong because maybe it happened in some issue I missed) my biggest issue with it was the lack of Victor Stone. I recently talked with a friend about how great it would be to tell a Victor centred ai story in the current climate, because what he had going on pre flashpoint honestly laid a good groundwork for it.

And then I read absolute power with a small hope that he would at least be mentioned in it.... and nothing.
