I hope @fenrirising / @petrifiedson / @ehregeiz knows that he’s missed and that I hope he’s doing okay and whatever struggles he faces that I have faith he can get through them.

A simple gesture though it is, it’s a meaningful one that she does deeply appreciate. It’s nice to have someone who understands, who’s willing to hear her out if she wants to complain or babble needlessly, or take her mind off of the hardships and bloodshed that frequently came with their job.

“That goes both ways, okay? I don’t even care what time it is; you can wake me up at 3 in the morning and we’ll keep talking until the sun comes up if that’s what it takes!”
