[ stalking fest ] | cam & laura.
Camden Lahey. When she heard his name she remembered the surname from when she was a teenager- but she'd never met one of the kids. Just their darling creep of a father.
As soon as their conversation ended, on the other hand, the idea of him slipped her mind. She was immersed into a world where she was working with Scott like he was a part of the family and talking to an Argent like her family hadn't been after her own- it was a new world that Laura wasn't completely used to it yet. She was able to run around the woods without consequence once upon a time, catching animals (and eventually letting them go) or racing whatever person decided they wanted to go against her that day. There was no one human being telling her that she couldn't do something because the pack was smart, and the pack never fought against their alpha's ruling. Not even Peter would have gone against Talia.
So the loft she'd found- as far from her family as she could find one- was a bit of a refuge. She set it up so the only way in was through the front door, unless the werewolves and other crawlies decided they wanted to get zapped. Just as she was about to close the drain in her tub so she could fill it up and possibly pass out in the water, there was a sound at her door before the first knock even hit the metal. "Sensitive fucking ears." More sensitive than they used to be, anyway- she figured it was a part of the process, coming back to life an all that. Laura forced herself to leave the comfort of her shower and sniffed the air, laughing when she picked up the scent of Camden Lahey.
Deciding to be the slightest bit modest, she grabbed her smallest towel and wrapped it around her body, then made her way to the front. "And what does," Laura shoved the door open and smiled, "The precious Camden Lahey want to do with me?"
