Wade stormed his through the streets of New York, shaking with rage. “The fuck?” he muttered to himself. “How could she... she knew... my own wife...” he didn’t expect to find Shiklah in bed with another man. Or furry. Whatever. And yet, that’s exactly what he’d found just an hour ago. Of course, he’d blown the guy’s head off, but it didn’t seem to remedy the raging fire in his belly.

So he gave Spider-Man a ring, the only person he could think to call upon at a time like this, almost begging him to meet up with him. Webs hesitantly agreed.

Wade finally made it to the darkened alley they’d agreed to meet at, pacing back and forth as he waited for Spidey to show.
