This was probably a terrible idea.

Just like kidnapping and killing his lusus had been terrible ideas. You just couldn't seem to help yourself though. He degraded you at every turn no matter how nice you were, even letting him have the best of what you had, yet... he had a childlike side that when you caught a glimpse of made you smile.

You were absolutely sure he'd always hate you for what you did though, even if you... grew to like him. He couldn't escape you though, he couldn't get back to his island hive or his lusus. He had you and you had him... probably for the rest of your shortening life. Even if you were a tealblood he would live longer than you and every time you reminded yourself of this your heart seemed to kick into gear.

But every time those thoughts surfaced you pushed them down with a dejected sigh. Yet you couldn't this time. In the dingy hotel you'd managed to afford you'd caught him off guard, pressing your lips roughly against his at first. Maybe you were just this desperate, desperate enough to want even a little contact before you felt like you'll whither up and die. But either way you pressed into the kiss and closed your eyes, not wanting to see the disgusted look reflecting you felt would be in his gold eyes.

Finding Gold in a Crappy Place

Eiheen had pulled his charge into the crummy inn. They'd been traveling for awhile now... well he'd been dragging him along for awhile. He still couldn't get Gordon to agree to help him. The tealblood had been feeling a little more tired, and he knew why. Even if he was in shape and kept up his exercising... his muscles would still deteriorate.

He rented a room for the night and despite what Gor tried he dragged him up and locked them both in. He set the other down and stared at him for a moment. He really needed to figure out just how to get him to agree.
