the Spellthars, formerly a prestigious Altmer family that was torn apart by selfishness and grief.
the girl in the third drawing is 6-year-old Eiloline, sometimes called Eiloline, Seer of Doom. she is an extremely talented Necromancer despite her age, and has been bestowed the knowledge of a way to store souls inside of her staff's orb, which also has a replica of Azura's star inside it, to siphon the souls out in the first place. Eiloline is cruel, scientific, and cunning, with little appreciation for living creatures.
Eiloline is often spotted around the College of Winterhold, trying to convince the librarians to let her into the deeper reaches of the library, with very little success.
