au where reki and langa met on roblox or something as kids and spent months talking in the weird roblox dm system before finally making discords specifically to talk to eachother easier and becoming best friends but neither of them has shown eachother their face and use aliases so they don't know it's eachother when langa moves to japan and reki ends up figuring out when he gets langa's number and oh. same texting style (also langa sent reki his resume and he recognized the handwriting but yeah totally just because of the texting style) so reki decides to see 'hm. how long will it take for langa to realize its me' and while reki is doing this, langa somehow still hasn't realized, and keeps talking to reki about the cute red haired skater he met and reki doesn't know what to do. langa starts talking to like, actual reki, texting reki more than internet persona reki and something about it makes reki so happy that langa actually likes him in person but one day after hardly talking together internet-persona wise langa texts reki on discord with a "i think i like him." reki has to do a double take. does langa actually know if reki is the same best friend he met in roblox at this point? up to interpretation
