  Ohh goooddddd I don't even want to think about that. MCNM/MCHM is difficult as is if there's 1-2 inexperienced people already, now if it was 3+... It is easy though to teach people over TS/Skype but in an IMS? Nu-uh.

There should be a 1 week grace period for EME accounts.

Yeah I've been wondering about that actually. It says 5th on my EME acc, but ingame it said 12th so I've been a bit confused. I hope this is the case!
