Cofffeee....I don’t normally go to Einstein Bagels to get Caribou coffee, but I had a coupon for three free bagels so couldn’t pass that up!
I want an Einstein bagel 😩☹️🥺😭😔
Had a yummy bagel sandwhich this morning. I really went because they they had free doggie bagels. But was bummed because they were hard as rocks. Should have just asked for a cup of whip cream for her.
Oh well.
Got this, this morning from the nice lady at Einstein's

Hey bagel heads it’s been a while. Frankly, I forgot that I started writing about bagels and even though I only did it twice I know its been life changing for y’all. There hasn’t been much to report lately because I’ve been going pretty standard on my bagel choice but this week boy did I go hay-wire.
I went with a pretty typical half cinnamon-raisin with plain cream cheese. Boy I just cant get enough of those and Einstein sure knows how to cook em. Frankly if I had to pick one bagel to be my one and only cinnamon-raison would be a pretty favored contender in the race.
My second half is where we go wild. I went to church with a fuckin orange cranberry baby can you believe it? I will never regret that decision but honestly I don’t know if I’ll go there again. The flavor was a lot for an early morning jaunt and it really limited the cream cheese options because what can you pair with orange cran other than plain?
It’s been a wild week of bagel eating and I have a lot to reflect on.
Until next time.

I’ve forgotten to make a record of recent bagel fridays but that doesn’t mean I havent continued to eat bagels and grow as a person. This week a majority of the office is out for a conference and that means the variety of bagels available is HOT.
I decided to get a little silly this week because the summertime got me feelin it, ya dig? I went half pumpernickel half everything bagel and honestly I feel like I could run for president right now.
I topped the pumpernickel with half honey almond cream cheese, half plain and the everything with just plain because honestly it’s already got everything. I toasted at level 5 but stopped the toasting about 45 seconds early for optimal toastage. Someday there will be a toaster that has its shit together.
Bagel was rad, its almost the weekend, stay cool.

Here we are players and pimps, the first friday OTR, an important day for us all. While I’ve been eating bagels for what feels like a lifetime I’ve decided finally record my experience.
On Fridays at work we receive a massive deliver from close personal friends, The Einstein Brothers. They run a successful bagel company out of somewhere and we get a variety that is frankly a bit much to handle. This week after careful deliberation I went with one half of a chocolate chip bagel and one half of a whole wheat honey bagel. Complimentary flavors for a compliment filled day (I’m very beautiful).
After a rad toasting sesh, I chose to smear the chocolate chip bagel with a plain cream cheese and for the whole wheat bagel I went buck wild: one half plain cream cheese, one quarter strawberry cream cheese, and one quarter blueberry cream cheese.
The chocolate chip bagel did not disappoint because when you mix a bagel (good) and chocolate chips (good) you’d have to be a madman to eff it up. The whole wheat bagel, on the other hand, could use some work. The bagel itself was a bit dry and if you are going to imply that I overtoasted you can get out of here. Pretending to be healthy was a risk and while it didn’t quite pay off, I have no regrets on my bagel choice. The flavored cream cheeses on the other hand: sweet garbage.
Thats all for this week, tune in next week to find out which bagel my heart will choose.
