The fig tree, Pomelo, and the feral/chef stoat are my only real interests in Syconium at this point in time. Also I guess HONESTY and Campion’s fractures. It’s so easy to accidentally send replies on mobile :T

i should clarify as i did not tag the post with an indicator that i was being sarcastic. i made the post because i believe that focusing on an object symbolizing a concept over a character symbolizing a person is bad storytelling -- as well as ethically questionable when the person being symbolized is also a woman brutalized on-screen. i said it sarcastically to cue a sense of superiority under the assumption that it’s obviously absurd to care about a tree more than a woman, you see! [insert exaggerated snooty laugh to indicate that i am self-aware enough to know that these thoughts are arguably pedantic for a webcomic about talking animals]
