GoS has a Winter/Spring Sim Challenge going on, so I thought why not give it a go! I chose the prompt quidnonc, which, according to Google, means an inquisitive or gossipy person.

Meet Mei! Mei writes for a tabloid, where she has a gossip column on Sim Nation's biggest celebs! Was Bella Goth really abducted by aliens, or is she currently sunning on a beach in Twikki Island? These images submitted by an anonymous source will shock you!

 A happy witch who lives in a cottage near the edge of a dark and wicked forest, Mrs. Strawberry runs a knitting group that gathers every Saturday at the local church. Everyone knows Mrs. Strawberry. But no one knows her first name. Martha? Louise? Charlotte? She’ll only giggle and say she’ll never tell if you ask. And where’s Mr. (or the second Mrs.) Strawberry? Well. That’s a perfectly good mystery for another day.

woooo, first entry for the blind date challenge over at GoS! I paired my sim Lorena with Norm Yates by @mackieblr and I’m very pleased! (I will be keeping Norm in my sim bin). Sims will be up for download tomorrow.

Lorena is often mistaken for a vampire (she’s not-she just has sensitive eyes, okay?) and can often be found brooding in her dark study, where she keeps her collections of crystal balls, musty old books on the supernatural, and antique china. Don’t tell her to smile more. You’ll get a book to the head.

Mo thinks he’s taken great care with his disguise-he’s chosen a statistically common Earth sim eye color, and research suggests an easy way to blend into society while remaining inconspicuous requires the use of “sunglasses”. It seems to work for...”celebrities”, a strange sort of Earth sim hunted by their own admirers. How barbaric. And what primitively simplistic camouflage! But Mo adopts the practice anyway. Unfortunately, he’s very conspicuous and everyone knows he’s alien. He hasn’t adapted too well to Sim Earth, and no matter how warm the weather gets, it’s still TOO COLD! So Mo’s grown quite attached to scarves. Still, he’s too dedicated to his research to leave.
