In the 10 years since I've been playing TS2 again, I've never been able to take my sims on vacation due to pink flashing. Even completely vanilla with all the tips and tricks, vacations were simply unplayable.
So...
I decided to load up a vanilla Pleasantview and test out Spockthewok's experimental pink flashing fix with Coral and Herb Oldie!
And...
IT WORKED
What if what the promo insinuated is true and TK blames himself for Iris. Carlos doesn't really dispute that, and they spend the whole episode looking for Iris and things are kinda tense between them. They don't get a chance to talk about what happened (cliffhanger where Carlos is attacked) and he goes missing.
And then episode 4 while they're looking for him, the whole time TK is just hinking, "what if I don't see him again, and the last thing we did was fight."
When you finally decide to get your game going after a hiatus and the puppy decides that you absolutely cannot start the game without her 😂💚

Carlos already needing to prepare himself for the worst, asking about the symptoms. And again, the shakiness in TK's words and voice as he lists them- oooof.
"That's a lot to process" I'm pretty sure here Carlos meant it as, it's a lot for you (TK) to process, as in he's trying to be supportive and let him know he can talk about it with him, like an opening. But IDK if it's just me, but TK's face sort of shuts down after Carlos says that, and he says "I know" as if what Carlos meant was that it was a lot for him to process, as a prelude to "let's put things on hold."

Genuine question, and definitely not a cry for attention or whatever you might think, but-
When did people stop reading my fics, and most importantly, WHY? I'm honestly just trying to figure it out.
And it's not just the interactions with my fics, but just interactions in general. I've had periods where I got only 3-4 comments on fics. It sucked, sure, but at least I had people engaging with my content in general on here, as in likes, replies and asks. Now, it feels like i'm screaming into the void lol.
It used to be just the b/uddie fandom, which I get, but now it's t/arlos, too and I am literally losing my mind because I miss being part of fandoms, and it being fun.
I will repeat, this isn't (just) about getting reblogs likes and comments, it's about the loss of connection I used to have with y'all and not knowing what caused it, yk?
I cannot keep up with the steady stream of bots constantly following this account whenever i log in and it's driving me NUTS
