          “I hear you speak with sign language. Was it hard for you to learn?” He knew a bit of it from his father teaching him, but that was mainly because of his great grandfather being deaf. His father had thought that it would be important for him to learn simply so he could talk to the man himself, even if his great grandfather was able to read lips and could write out replies. He seemed...much more touched he noticed when Erwin at least attempted to talk to him in that manner. It made him practice hard, and so he was confident he’d be able to speak to Nicolas without looking too much a fool.

I haven't even read the lord of the rings. I have them and yet I haven't read them. But I always hear the books are relatively different from the films./

yesss, I mean the hobbit in particular is very different from the films. Obviously very similar but like Tauriel doesn’t exist in the book.

         Ｅrwin had no idea where he was, but he felt immensely out of place. That was a normal thing for him though whenever these situations arose. He’d just try and avoid most people as much as he could and all would be well. It wouldn’t hurt to gather some intell, however---at least so he wasn’t so completely in the dark. Catching sight of someone, he hesitated bothering them before he began to approach. “Excuse me, do you happen to know this area? And if so, can you tell me where I am?” Not that that...was...a strange question or anything.
