The debate about El Trafico is ridiculous. The name is perfect. It’s simple, silly, and makes absolutely no sense. It is the embodiment of American Soccer.
What else would we call it, El Cal-sico? That’s just moving two letters, there is no thought put into that. LA derby? Unoriginal. No. You can pry El Trafico from my cold dead hands.
