Health is so important

I feel absolutely amazing. I'm doing the squat and crunch challenge I know better than to get excited about something only a couple days in but I trust myself not to give up at this point in my life. And it is going so well. I've been drinking a lot of fruit smoothies food shopping a lot more often, taking care of the body that holds my soul and it's benefiting me as a whole. I feel more in control. I feel like I can take on the world and I can't remember feeling this way for more than 24 hours. I am proud of myself and that is ... it's the best motivation. I am elated and I've had this feeling for about a month now, this is permanent happiness.
