Thank you, pleasantly awkward climate of Maryland, for this 55 degree day in the middle of December ☺️ I’m trying to get some vitamin D now that the snow has melted off our deck.

Also practiced elbow hooping today. It's always looked awesome to me and I figured I'd have to try it some time. While I'm waiting for the hoopnotica Dvds to come I'll probably practice this and angles. Hopefully the DVDs will offer some advice on flow and off the body tricks.

Btw, this is the actual process of me learning this trick. I didn't attempt it before this. I thought it'd be cool to look back on this someday.

I had to quit cause after I took this because when I tried it again I hit myself in the nose pretty hard. >.<'
