Occupation: Child

The mute daughter of Dogamy and Dogressa. Artistic but stoic, not much is known about her prior to her discovery and the abuse she was put under by her own father.

She sees a therapist every day that is trained in Sign to communicate with her.

Despite using sign to communicate, she is capable of indistinct sounds more akin to hissing and growling, but this does cause her pain and she doesn't often do so unless under extreme stress.

She has strong negative reactions to any sort of medical equipment and certain sounds.

Due to her former life of neglect and abuse. She has a myriad of health problems that require visits from a doctor on an incredibly frequent basis. Due to her fears, Dr. Frank uses simple disguises to make most of his equipment look like simple toys.

She likes to chew things and is one of the main reasons Grillby has to replace the cushions in his bar.

A mistake of a replica experiment, originally allowed to live just for sake of keeping a spare body around. He’s made of pure data collected from Zexion and Xigbar without their knowledge, and has some conflicting information rattling around in his head because of it. He considers Vexen (now, Even) his creator and creator, though understands that by all definitions, technically Xigbar or Ienzo is genetically qualified as ‘father’.

Because of how much nonsense is rattling around in his brain, Elci has a near-constant unimpressed frown. It’s... a lot to sort through. He looks grumpy, but he’s snarky and teasing on default unless Even is asking him a question.
