okay so, my guess is that Erika is an Aengel. When she sees that dragon, I think she says she saw something alabaster on her back (at least in the spanish translation ), I think those are her wings. Erika has alabaster/white wings because she’s a pure Aengel. That’s her connection with Leiftan.

Leiftan was an Aengel too, but hatred and thirst fo revenge corrupted him and now he’s a daemon, a fallen angel. That’s my guess for now.
