Basicly Simon is cursed blessed by the Pinhole God and Tree of Eden. He get fucked up really cool blood powers thats basically bloodbending. Maybe even minor mutating powers, mutating inorganic matter to fleshy organic matter.

I just really like the idea that:

1) Simon can tap the ground and grow blood bone meat trees

2) Grace calls Simon "Angel" like a biblical angel (still lovingly)

Let Simon be more Eldritch!!! Give that poor traumatized man psychic powers! Let him accidentally whisper into people's minds!
