My husband built my desktop for me for my birthday last year so it’s almost 2 years old ;__; Here’s exactly what my husband texted me today:

Also my screen resolution is 1920x1080 and sims is installed on my SSD if it matters!

Did you just update your game? What I did was I moved the mods folder while I updated and then put it back in afterwards. You could try creating a new mods folder and just pasting everything from your actual folder inside.

Yes I did update. but this problem was already persisting before that though. I will try that :)
