My pals ever since that appointment with the VNS...
Are you keeping your electrolytes in balance? Believe it or not, a person can actually die from drinking too much water. It is called “water narcosis “. It is very difficult to get even if you are purposely trying to do so. Essentially the water flushes the electrolytes from your body. This results in a disruption in various parts of the neural network. Yes it can lead to seizures. It is far more likely that an imbalance will occur long before narcosis.
I keep my electrolytes in balance HARDCORE. I’m pretty careful about that, ever since I discovered it was a thing (by passing out in public, go me). Generally I spike my water with some of those electrolyte tablets whenever I go to exercise. (Tastes good too!)
I’m thinking it’s a time thing, bc if I take a good long rest after running, I can go for another 80 minutes. My poor little body just isn’t used to 90 minutes of aerobic exercise!
