Diversified global manufacturer Asahi Kasei and German battery manufacturer EAS Batteries signed a license agreement for the use of Asahi Ka
Asahi Kasei has licensed its cutting-edge acetonitrile-containing high ionic-conductive electrolyte technology to EAS Batteries, enabling the launch of an ultra-high-power lithium-ion cell achieving up to 2,550 W/kg continuous discharge and 3,760 W/kg 2-sec pulse — setting a new benchmark for power-dense, durable battery systems.
