For all my followers struggling with mental health I recommend www.elefriends.org.uk honestly this website has been so helpful, you can chat to people in the same boat as you and get advice and support quickly. Inbox me if you want my username ☺
This is 1) adorable, 2) calming, 3) pleasant, and 4) really useful for anyone who's having a rough time.
For any of my friends in the U.K (home)

I’ve been logged in to Elefriends lately. Elefriends? Elefriends is a mental health forum where you can go and share feelings, others can comment on your posts or they have an option of pressing ‘like’, ‘ear’, or ‘thinking of you’. It’s layout is closer to Twitter but without the clutter on the side bars rather than a generic forum which feels rather uninviting and hard to navigate (at least for my un-technological brain). It’s really sweet and has a friendly atmosphere. Everyone tries to help each other out and it’s so nice to know that others care and that you can share experience with others who feel the same and to even gain advice from it. Lately I’ve been talking to one Elefriend and she has helped me feel more positive (as have the other members) and we’ve been private messaging. We’ve been speaking about goals and mental clarity, and it’s helped me prioritise and see what I need to be doing. It’s much harder for me to do that own since my mind gets to distracted or stressed thinking of it. But speaking to another ‘Ele’ somehow helps organise my thoughts. Having it written instead of in my head is good to because there is a visual aide; it helps me see my thoughts and it helps me see how I arrived at that point which I’d lacked previously. I advise anyone with a mental health issue of any sort to join, the forum is run by Mind, the mental health (MH) charity so you’re only ever a few clicks away from MH info and professional advice. http://elefriends.org.uk
