Teacher Tip
Here is a Teacher Tip for all teachers leaving their position at the end of the school year:
Make sure you tie up all the loose ends before you consider yourself done. Grades, inventory, room cleaning, appropriate paperwork turned in to the principal. Leave your room, job, space better than you found it. Even if you didn’t like your job...there are people who really don’t want to clean up after you.
Why am I bestowing this tip you ask? I spent 20 minutes with one of my school’s administrative secretary’s figuring out the screw-up and then re-entering my now former counterpart PE teacher’s grades in our online grade book because dumb nut did it wrong...even after 3 years.
