What an incredible run today! I’m super duper happy with my run today. I felt great the entire run and if my hips and knees had not given out, I would have finished about 5 minutes quicker. I am thankful for the constant support of My 👻 as she always provides nutritional and coaching. This plant based idea is working like a dream.
