Acknowledge the Positive EVERYDAY
I make it a point to acknowledge every GOOD day before I go to sleep.
Even on not so great days it’s important to celebrate even small successes or positive points and focus on THOSE things.
...& only those things
Then go to sleep with good vibes - the best sleep is found in a peaceful state
The next day is a better time to be sure to reflect fully if necessary and acknowledge the negative points ...& then leave them in the past and be sure not to repeat or allow those points not to present today.
