Nancy Lewis (Mother): Nancy did the best she could raising him as a single mother. She did an amazing job and Eli has taken to giving her whatever she wants as a form of paying her back and saying thank you, mama.
Elijah Kohen (Father): Elijah wasn’t in his life and Eli hasn’t seen him since childhood. Eli did receive a drunken phone call from Elijah for his 18 birthday but he tries to push the embarrassing conversation out of his mind.
Marlon Lewis (Step-Father): Marlon came into Eli and Nancy's life when Eli was in middle school. Eli absolutely hated him and they fought constantly. It wasn’t until Eli was in college and contemplating attending the police academy, did they really bond. Eli regretted the years he wasted fighting with the man.
Annabelle Lewis (Step-Sister): Annabelle came along with Marlon. They are the same age with birthdays only a few weeks apart. They bumped heads a lot at first but Eli became over protective of her once they hit high school together.
Elias Kohen (Half Brother): Elias is a few years younger then Eli. When they were younger they were forced to attend each other's birthday parties. Now in their 30s, Elias only reaches out to him whenever he is in a jam or needs bail.
Chloë Ava Willott-Kohen (Daughter): Chloë is 3 years old. Chloë is Eli’s angel and had saved Juliette and his relationship. She is a perfect mixture of them both but she takes after Eli’s personality. She has Eli wrapped around her finger.
Wyatt Stone Willott-Kohen (Son): Wyatt is 18 months old. Wyatt has recently taken to shifting, chasing after Eli and falling to the ground laughing whenever Eli gets up on a chair, ending their fun. Eli freaked out the first few times but now it's the most exciting part of his day. He’s wondering what it would be like to shift with his son. Eli is contemplating taking the bite more than ever now.
Juliette Willott (Girlfriend): Eli started dating Juliette about 4 years ago after they met at Anonymous. Eli was intrigued by Juliette and enjoyed every second they spent together. When Juliette announced she was pregnant, Eli had begun to suspect something wasn't right in paradise. He refused to rush their new relationship or consider marrying Juliette just because she was pregnant. He offered for Juliette to move in with him and to continue dating with the intentions of eventually getting married. Eli's trust in Juliette was tested when Russel told him about Juliette and their friends being hyenas; along with his future children. Their relationship was even rockier after Chloë’s birth, but their daughter did bring them closer together and Eli adored what a great mother Juliette was. Trying again, Eli and Juliette started actively dating again and getting serious, when Juliette announced she was pregnant again. Eli is madly and deeply in love with Juliette, he wants to marry her, but he is unsure about becoming an animal shifter. Eli has hidden the fact that he knows about the Hyenas from Juliette to give himself time to process what that means for them and their children. She recently caught him holding Wyatt in his hyena form. She hasn’t said a word to him, and he’s wondering if he made the moment up. If Juliette doesn’t bring it up soon, he will.
Russel Jordan (Best Friend): Russel is the local fire chief and one of Eli’s only true friends. Russel was the one who confessed that they were hyena animal shifters when Juliette confessed she was pregnant. Russel has been giving him all of the information he needs about hyenas but Eli still feels like Russel is keeping something from him.
Kylo ‘Nada’ Rajui (Good Friend): Nada was the first person Eli met associated with Juliette. Eli felt betrayed when he found out that Juliette and her friends weren’t human and they had planned to forcefully change him. While Russel took mercy on him, Nada watched and kept quiet. It's taken a lot for Eli to forgive Nada and for their relationship to return to where it once was. .
Silas Moebius (Friend): Silas and Eli become friends before Eli found out about him being a hyena and Juliette’s pregnancy. Silas and Eli worked a few arson cases together and would grab a few drinks after work randomly.
Raja Lankala (Friendly): Eli didn’t realize Nada was in a committed relationship until recently. Eli joined the boys for a MMA fight at Nada house where Eli was introduced to Nada’s long time fiancé Raja. She seems friendly and has invited Eli back for dinner or drinks.
Angel Landyn (Friendly/Co-worker): Angel was Eli's partner for about a week and a half before Eli requested a transfer. There was something about Angel that did not sit right with Eli. At first Eli thought it was because he was attracted to Angel but quickly noticed missing information and misplaced evidence. Eli is still friendly with Angel but he is unsure about where to start their friendship outside of work.
Jev Cipriano (Friend/Co-worker): Jev is adorable and Eli has a sweet spot for him. Eli does not let Jev touch his evidence but he does allow Jev to bring him bagels. Patch has invited out for drinks after work with a few other co-workers and Eli is thinking of taking him up on that offer; for reconnaissance.
Douglas Gish (Friend/Co-worker): Douglas lets him take on as many cold cases as he wants and never calls him out on his bullshit. Eli just wishes Douglas would take him seriously when he brings up mysterious cases and missing evidence.
Kate Brooks (Co-worker): Kate is the only person that Eli trusts with his evidence. Cipriano has made too many mistakes for him to be comfortable with.
Greta Bow (Good Friend/Co-worker): Eli and Greta formed an unlikely friendship when Eli was working a cold case. Eli gave Greta credit for a forensic find. Eli was surprised when he found out Greta was expecting him to take full credit. Eli has been making sure everybody gives Greta proper credit since.
Max (German Shepherd): Max was taken in as evidence for a case Eli worked when he was just a puppy. After solving the case, Eli noticed that Max was living inside of their building, since no one bothered to take him into the pound, Eli one day decided to bring him home. Max has been with Eli for about 9 years now. Old Max is great around the kids but Eli is unsure how long he has before he dies.
