how did you get into touhou?
Watched a Marisa Stole The Precious Thing YTPMV, and i got interested when the McRoll was seen before my eyes.
I decided to play the game and discover the stories chronologically. So i first played 6, then 7, etc.
I fell in love with the characters, but i wasn’t that into it. But then i DISCOVERED UFO
THAT CHANGED MY LIFE
I followed touhou ever since. Also I was new before TD was released.
And as such I saw the released of TD, SoPM, HM, DDC, ULiL, LoLK, and the two new ones.
Touhou has been my only stable fandom. I went in and out in multiple fandoms, but i never left the touhou fandom. Despite its sometimes dubious and obnoxious fandom, i will STILL love this series with well written character, musics, and stories <3

my only suggestion is just keep trying to push for it and they may become more receptive
maybe ill ask again when i go in next week, ill bring up that i know multiple people personally who have been on it and have been helped by it and see if that helps
