a thought i've been thinking more lately after reading tdtswfa over and over again;

shiho could hear ichika and honami's conversations from the rooftop. do you think that honami and ichika could hear shiho playing her bass? do you think they heard her up there, all alone, just out of their reach? they could hear her passion, her determination, but from a distance. they could only listen, not act. because shiho wouldn't let them.

worse yet, do you think they could hear her and miu's conversations? they could've heard them talking and thought that shiho was replacing them. that she had made a new friend and didn't need them anymore.

hi. headcanon time.

in middle school, shiho would often upload bass covers of vocaloid songs to 1) see her improvement 2) remind herself of ichika. ok? ok.

ichika would find these bass covers and (without knowing it's shiho), watch them late at night imagining performing next to her.
