Standing in front of the door, Bianca kept her hands in her pockets, staring at it for a while. With her luggage behind her, she would be lying if she said she wasn't happy about staying with somebody she already knew. However, that position changed as she faced him a few seconds later. "On a scale of one to ten, how weird would it be if I said I'm excited to live with you?"

Damon was in bed, almost successful in the nearly impossible feat of falling asleep with all the gloomy thoughts swirling in his head, and in that moment, when he felt himself finally close to sleep, the doorbell rang. He groaned, deciding to ignore it, but when it rang again, and then again, he got out of bed and marched to the door, yanking it open. "What? It's the middle of the night!"
