-> happy 148th anniversary to my most beloved Eliriam! ❤️✨ These two are the absolute lights of my life and have given me so much joy and inspiration since I decided to make them a ship. And since then they’ve gained a whole family tree spanning like 400 years lol. They’re also the reason the Brokenshires happened and Eli (and his work) is the inadvertent catalyst to Petra’s story, so they’re important in more ways than one :’)

✨ Happy anniversary to my darling Eli and Miriam! ✨ I can’t tell you how happy I am to finally have had the opportunity to draw them on their wedding day 💖 So, they get married on Miriam’s family’s estate in Australia with a relatively large reception (mainly Miriam’s family, but Rex attends as the best man and both Evelyn and Hestia go too) and honeymoon for a fortnight in Italy. Miriam’s favourite flowers are pink chrysanthemums, so, on Eli’s suggestion, her bouquet features them and so does his boutonnière (even though he doesn’t like to wear pink). Eli also never wanted to go on a honeymoon and it took him almost a month to change his mind and realise that spending time alone with Miriam in a beautiful part of the world was just what he really needed (and eventually wanted), so he surprises her one night and it’s the beginning of a very long and very happy marriage :’)
