I was recently put on them after telling him for years I don’t want to go on them. I’m on Cipralex and they are daily, so far it’s okay, but I probably have to up my dose because my anxiety was really bad yesterday. maybe you need to try a diff brand
I hope the medication works for you! Definitely ask them to up your dosage if you think that the amount you have now isn't working properly. You shouldn't have to experience anxiety if you've been put on anti-anxiety meds. Honestly I don't even want to be on my meds anymore .. I want to go to a psychologist or a therapist or something like that. I think it might help me because my anxiety hasn't been this bad in SO long. I have no idea what happened, it's like a switch turned on in my head and it fucking sucks man. :(

yeah i've been on ativan for the past like 2-3 years (i take them whenever i get an anxiety attack, not every day). it helped with the first one but that was like 2 hours ago now i'm experiencing another one. :\ how are the anti-anxiety pills working for you?
