Elizabeth had spent most of her time since awakening in Saint Mungos. They wanted to check she was okay and were constantly reassuring her she was safe. She didn’t care if she was safe. She needed to know her family was safe but they said it was up to her to contact them. Once she was discharged she went straight home to the manor but found no one home. She wasn’t willing to wait for anyone so she went to the next place she could think of, the Ministry. She knew she would find three of her four children there.
She ignored the stare of some of the older workers and headed straight for her office. She was relieved to see the name Bones on the door. She knew that the people at Saints Mungo’s were lying. There was no way her family was dead and that the dark lord was defeated a few years ago. She turned the door handle and entered the office and was surprised to see someone sitting behind the desk in her chair. “Who do you think you are?” She asked accusingly “This is my office, can’t you read? You’re not a member of my family”
