i don’t really have a good question but: favourite spn incest ship (not samdean or deanjohn) and why? if you don’t have another favourite incest ship, what’s your favourite spn non incest ship?

that's a good question! i have to say @theangiediary opened my eyes to Ellen/Jo, their dynamic is so interesting. firstly i'm obsessed with Ellen on her own, she's southern she's pissed off she's a milf she's everything. Ellen's worry that Jo'll die hunting like her father did and subsequent control of her is so good, and Jo has this conflict between her rebellion and the fear of what it really is like out there (see the first time she goes hunting with Sam and Dean).

i'm nuts about them actually. the little corner they have carved out in this very boys' club environment of hunting. jo is the most precious thing in ellen's life and ellen is the only real thing jo has. their relationship is rocky as all hell, i can imagine them getting in a big blowout fight and jo coming back to ellen later, apologizing even though she doesn't really mean it, just so that ellen will be gentle and kind with her again.

(and the mommy issues "i made you, i carried you" vibes are always my favourite. i was made by your body we can never be truly separated because you are a part of me oughh)

i need an episode in sn9 where Bobby, Ellen, Jo, Rufus, and Ash all team up and gank Metatron. I am sure they would be able to kill that fucker. maybe john and Mary can help out too.
