this wasn’t his usual thing; books were not his forte. but curiosity had gotten the best of him, and after living three years in sovana, he decided why not try to deepen his knowledge of the area ? so he found himself in a tiny bookstore cramped in between the buildings of the city. aaron had no idea what he was looking for. his eyes browsed tall shelves of books, new and used alike, and occasionally he would take one out and study the cover or read the synopsis. as his hand found one book in particular, he heard a sudden voice come out from behind him, and as he turned around aaron noticed this was someone he hadn’t seen before. he nearly dropped the book from surprise, but managed to catch it before it hit the floor. she was going on about what he thinks was the book, but he had no clue as to what she was saying. “ uh... i never.... i haven’t-- ? ” was all he could manage to say.
