I have a bone to pick with the Taste of Animethon Artist Alley/Marketplace coordinator.

A whole bunch of artists didn't get emails. Instead of collaborating with the standing Artist Alley coordinator, the sales coordinator (I guess she deals with the marketplace shit idek) took it upon herself just to notify us herself and in doing so, missed people. 

Good fucking job. 

I was going to put something here about the alley not creating revenue for this particular convention (it's a mini, 1-day winter version of the longer 3-day con in the summer) but they do get money from us! We pay for tables! 

Ugh stupid convention politics. I have a feeling this is a result of none of the other staff wanting to work with the new artist alley coordinator simply because she's new and they don't like her. 

One day Animethon will get a new set of board members and Me and Tara and all the responsible people will be on it and the con will run so fucking smooth. It will rival baby skin. 

tl;dr: My local con which is near and dear to my heart is being run by a bunch of assholes who hate artists. Or something.
