Rain is Wet || Emory & Elliot
The lightning storm that was rolling through Hallow Grove had managed to strike Emory’s house, knocking out the power. Since he’d put of buying a backup generator his home was in complete darkness. He had the ability to fix it, but knew it wouldn’t be wise to try until the rain passed since he’d have to be outside for an extended period of time. It only took a moment of darkness before his thoughts shifted towards Elliot and wondering if he was okay. Emory quickly packed up a bag and headed out the door.
Fortunately, the drive to Elliot’s studio was easy despite the bad weather. Sadly, he wasn’t able to park as close to Elliot’s studio as he would have liked and was forced to face the rain. In the short trek to the doors from his car, Emory was soaked. If it weren’t for the fact that he hadn’t thought to bring extra clothes, Emory would have laughed at himself for being dripping wet. “Elliot!” he called as he entered the building.
