Notes on his design:

• The armband labeled "Anomalous Personnel" is supposed to serve as a cautionary thing for other personnel. Every anomalous personnel— whether if they are an anomaly or just an individual affected by an anomaly— are required to wear these for the sake of both their own and other people's safety.

• A burn injury from an accident with his explosives. It goes from the right side of the face all towards his lower torso.

• dyed his black hair blue, it's currently fading but he keeps procrastinating on fixing it.

• I didn't add this in the drawing because I placed so much effort in the clothes that I completely forgot that bro was handless, but at that point I just gave up: He wears black gloves

• I was genuinely suffering trying to draw office shoes for him so ya know what fuck it just give him the boots he wore when he used to serve in the military

• thought that smthn was missing on his face so I decided to give him some acne cuz why not

Dr. Iceberg headcanons

-His skin is unnaturally pale, almost translucent in certain lighting.

-has a faint blue tint to his nail beds and lips.

- he have twitchy, shaky hands but it's mostly because of tremors from the constant energy drinks he consumes than from the cold.

-He smells like industrial mint and old paper.

-He has no hobbies

-He's a virgin

-He doesn't like skin to skin contact because it feels like he's touching a stove

-He has no "off" switch.

-His only personality trait outside of work is his simmering anger at the fact that he is still working.

-His old name is actually Ellis Gill but it changed when he started working for the foundation (Julian Finn)

-He doesn't use it. He doesn't want anyone else to use it.

-If someone calls him Ellis, it’s a sign they’ve been digging in files they don't have clearance for, and he will report them immediately.

-He has fully committed to the "Iceberg" identity because the Foundation has left him nothing else.
