There was always a whimsical air to book stores. The soft smell of parchment that lingered, the way that each shelf was lined with whole worlds waiting to be explored, or offered ways to understand your own just a little bit better. It was hard to not get lost in it for hours.
Marina held three books to her chest, and still perused the shelves for more. Not wanting to buy out the entire store. She turned to the other female, a small, soft smile on her face. “Have you read either of these?” She pointed to two books near each other on the shelf. “I’m having a hard time deciding.”
