Driven by a fervent passion for history, I managed to get my hands on a truly magnificent and unique comic series that is currently ongoing:

The Eagles of Rome - by Enrico Marini. The story centers on the Battle of Teutoburg Forest, led by Arminius. It is an incredible tale, and every page is rendered in watercolor, making the whole thing feel like one continuous work of art.

It is a Franco-Belgian production, and the creator is amazing in every respect. If you want to delve into the history of Rome and the ancient tribes of Germania Magna, this is the work for you.

Unfortunately, I haven't found the third volume yet, so I’ll have to make an effort to track down that missing piece before the new volume comes out.

I won't deny that I might use the information here as a reference for the future, if you know what I mean... and speaking of which, there might soon be an update on a certain story you all know about... hehehe...

Yesterday, I had a fantastic time seeing the movie Odyssey at a late-night screening, it started at 11:45 PM and ended at 2:50 AM.

It was a wonderful experience for a night owl like me!

But there’s something else I want to share.

Before the movie, I decided to take a walk with a friend through a nearby amusement park. At one point, a young kid approached me and asked right off the bat "Do you listen to Rammstein?"

That night, I was wearing a tank top with "RAMMSTEIN" clearly displayed the one with the chains, if you know the one. My wardrobe is basically full of merch from them and other bands, so I imagine that’s what caught his eye.

I told the teenager "yes" and he asked "How old are you?"

I replied "Too old for you"

The disappointed kid walked away.

I suppose Rammstein always draws attention, though I do wonder: did the fact that I dress like a 12-year-old make him think I was his age? I don't know, could that be it? Should I be asking myself some questions?

I'm not sure, but hey, at least I look younger than my age! That’s a win-win for me 💫

Yesterday was another adventure-filled day, even though my body is starting to give out. I’m not much of a walker, since I spend most of my time sitting down, but I’m grateful to Berlin for having public transport serving every street and alley, which got me to this exact spot. And, of course, I want to thank @terrorhorrorlover for leading the way 🫂🫂💘 Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind; it was a wonderful experience with you 🫂

Today was another eventful day, one where I had the chance to revive the dinosaur-loving child within me, as well as the mature adult moved by the sight of this particular neighborhood (where, I imagine, some might guess the reason why...). On top of that, I visited a truly unique bar where I felt my blood run cold for the first time in ages!

This time, no one asked me for cocaine, though I was asked for money

These days continue with great interest and joy, accompanied by a mix of rain and sunshine, sometimes on the very same day, and walks... so many walks. I think I’m wearing out the friends who follow along with my... passion. But that’s part of the tourist attractions too, right?

On top of that, one night someone asked me and my friend if we had any cocaine

The last few days have been quite hectic and full of new emotions, ones I honestly didn't think I’d experience. I will fulfill your requests regarding the apples and Tiny, but... not this week, for a very special reason. As much as I wanted to wait until the end of the week, the truth is I just can't hold back; I’d love to share these past few days with you :D

I’m sure many of you will recognize these places, they probably don’t even need to be named... It's truly a unique feeling to be in these specific spots; they stirred an emotion in me that I can’t even begin to describe... But for now, I am eternally grateful that the temperatures here are cool, rather than stifling like back in Italy. Every day is a new adventure, and I think I’m wearing my friends out by walking to reach... these special places that they don't even fully understand, hehehe. There are still other places I can't wait to see with my own eyes.

Yesterday, on another little trip of mine, I visited the orchid valley, located in the heart of Cilento, near Diano.

There weren't a lot of them; they're all wild, growing spontaneously, and therefore smaller, but they were all different and incredible in their forms. Nature truly knows how to be a jewel.
