Puru from ZZ Gundam
3d recreation of a famous official piece of ZZ Gundam art. Made by me in Blender cycles + freestyle. There are a lot of places where it can be improved. The body is ok for the most part however, the face is not very good. Hair is getting better but still not quite there. I used auto weight paint and it shows in quite a few places. I found a new way to model hands that I really like. Original pic for reference:
