1. Which season [of the year] is your favourite and why?

Autumn. Without a doubt. I just feel incredibly calm that time of year, my walks are peaceful, bundling up with jumpers and blankets and scarves and the British countryside looks stunning. Not to mention the rain...I love rain.

2. Which of your OTPs would be most likely to survive the apocalypse?

This is hard!! Out of all of them i'd say Howl and Sophie from Howls Moving Castle, because Howl would prance around showing off his magic and Sophie would nag the apocalypse into stopping itself like the BAMF she is

3. Harry Potter or Lord Of The Rings?

Cruel...This changes on a daily basis but at this current point in time i'd say LOTR (no doubt i'll regret that choice once i've posted this)

4. If you could adapt a book of your choice into either a film, tv programme or radio play, which book and medium would you choose? Why?

I would adapt all the Howl Chronicles (Howls Moving Castle, Castle in the Air and House of Many Ways) into a radio play with a real welsh actor for Howl and it would be magnificent!

5. Tell me 3 interesting things about where you live.

This is tough since I live in (as my sister puts it) the arse-crack of beyond...

Even though we're a supposed "middle-class" village, we have no corner shops, no cafes, nothing that might help us function on a day to day basis - just 2 over priced pubs and a junior school.

We have one bus every two hours and sometimes it doesn't even bother running through our pathetic village...I used to rely on that bus to get me to college every day.

With its never-ending list of faults it actually hides some beautiful walks including my favorite spot in the world which is a grove of chestnut trees that make you feel like you're in a fantasy novel

6. What do you like most about yourself?

I guess it would be my strong sense of self, making it easy for me to stand up for what I believe in regardless of who i'm facing - whether thats a serious discussion on peoples rights or being told how I should dress

7. What’s your favourite High Street shop?

Does Waterstones count?! I honestly cannot abide shopping so my family just let me hide in Waterstones and spend all my money on books!

8. If you could choose to live anywhere in the world, where would you pick?

Surprising to most people who know me, for years i've dreamed of moving to Stratford-Upon-Avon and living by the river. Every time i've been it was so beautiful and cultural, I knew that was where I wanted to settle down one day.

9. What film are you most looking forward to in 2014?

The Hobbit: There and Back Again. Its going to hurt. I will cry. It will break my heart and I cannot wait.

10. And finally, what do you think of first when I say the word “lemon”?

Strangely I thought of Fruit Pastilles ... Now I want Fruit Pastilles but my shitty village doesn't have a shop for me to buy any from...
