archimedes ward has much to offer and there’s a sense of nostalgia he gains passing through sections of it that puts him in a somewhat distracted state of mind. it isn’t totally like sylvarant - there’s too much population and the architecture is different in ways that his trained eye can pick out with ease. however, there are areas that are breath-taking.
for instance - savior’s respite.
the young hero draws in slow breath as he takes in the beauty of the wildflowers that sway lazily in the gentle breeze. the cliff is so uneasily found - lloyd had happened upon the trail just by chance - and for the briefest moment, he understands how that’s an advantage.
as his gaze prances over the bright petals, he realizes that someone else is here. a blond, seated among the blooms.
