He’d really overdone it in his last experiment, but there was no going back now, he needed more grass and he couldn’t request the university for more so soon; especially considering how cheap it was. So he decided to take a walk around, avoiding the flowershops he tended to visit, and instead go out of his way to find one he wasn’t familiar with. It wasn’t as if he was looking for a ridiculously rare plant, every shop should sell grass; it wasn’t wasteful to look elsewhere. Which was exactly why: when he found a place that fit his prefabricated description, he rushed inside.

Thankfully, there weren’t many people in though, so he managed to keep his pace up until he approached whom he assumed was the clerk. ❝ Do you sell grass? ❞

a grin spreads on sweet lips as she throws her arms around zen & pulled him into a strong embrace. “happy birthday, zen!!” she presses a kiss on his cheek.

his expression brightens and he can’t help but offer a wide , welcoming smile in return . receiving such a warm and cheerful birthday wish from her made his heart flutter in excitement since only a few did remember his birthday . with arms wrapping around her waist and welcoming her into a embrace , just as strong , he rests his head against her shoulder after receiving the kiss , allowing his eyes to flutter shut from a brief moment . he could stay like this forever .
